Each Weekly Challenge will contain a short exercise lesson for you to do which will take no more than 15 minutes a day.
Only the Happiness book has the full course of weekly lessons. From listing your achievements to exercises on mindfulness and how to deal with overthinking, it's there for you to write in so you can look back and see how far you've come.
The book is designed as a keepsake which you can go back to over and over. You will be able to prove to yourself that you are moving further along the path towards happiness.
